Refund Policy

1. Scope and Coverage:

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by West Easy Web Design for website design and development. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein.

2. Refund Eligibility:

  • 2.1 Project Cancellation: A client has the right to cancel a project at any time. However, refunds are subject to the progress made on the project until the cancellation date.
  • 2.2 Unsatisfactory Service: If, within the first 7 days of project initiation, a client finds our services unsatisfactory, they may request a refund. Refunds in such cases are subject to evaluation of the specific circumstances.

3. Refund Process:

  • 3.1 Notification: Clients must submit a written request for a refund, stating the reason for the request, to admin@westeasywebdesign.com.au.
  • 3.2 Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated based on the progress of the project, the reason for dissatisfaction, and adherence to the terms of the agreement.
  • 3.3 Partial Refunds: Depending on the circumstances, partial refunds may be offered for work completed up to the date of the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Certain services, such as domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, or other external costs incurred on behalf of the client, are non-refundable.

5. Project Abandonment:

  • In the event of client inactivity or lack of response for a period exceeding 10 business days, West Easy Web Design reserves the right to consider the project abandoned. No refunds will be provided for abandoned projects.

6. Payment Disputes:

  • Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns or disputes regarding invoices promptly. Failure to notify West Easy Web Design within 14 days of receiving an invoice may impact the eligibility for refunds or adjustments.

7. Policy Amendments:

  • West Easy Web Design reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be effective for future projects.
